Gym Rat is a comic strip revolving around a less than athletic rodent and his journey to getting ripped in the weight room. Each strip comments on the gym culture. From those who stare at themselves in the mirror for too long, the hot gossip you’ll hear on the treadmill, or those hopped up on caffeine from too much pre-workout!

For my college senior exhibition, I got the opportunity to make buttons for GYM RAT! I came up with this design that could work in multiple colors and be read easily with such a small surface area.
These buttons were a big hit and were taken up almost immediately at the beginning of the exhibition.
